California Senate Bill 1343 (SB 1343) compliant- our internet-based, 60-minute course for individual learning guides employees through key federal discrimination and sexual-harassment laws at their own pace, relates these laws to everyday workplace behavior and provides the legal definitions of discrimination and harassment.

Employees will learn about sexual harassment, discriminatory behavior and types of conduct that create a hostile workplace. Developed by legal and HR training experts, this course covers key federal laws. The course engages employees and confirms their understanding of the course material via the following interactive features:

  • Video scenarios demonstrating forms of harassment
  • Quizzes & final test

Licensing and Terms of Use:

  • Our e-Learning training courses are designed for single-learner use only. Each purchased enrollment may be used for a single individual. Upon completion, the user will be provided with a certificate of completion reflecting their name and date.
