Description

California Senate Bill 1343 (SB 1343) and Assembly Bill 1825 (AB 1825) compliant - Government Code section 12950.1 are the first laws to actually outline the requirements for effective compliance training, setting the standard not only for California, but for the rest of the country as well. This course reflects recent California legislation which clarifies the definition of sexual harassment (sexually harassing conduct does not need to be motivated by sexual desire).
