Description

This course satisfies Maine Revised Statute, Title 26, Section 807 training requirement. Maine law requires that the training be provided for all employees; this includes supervisors.

Both employees and supervisors learn about sexual harassment, discriminatory behavior and conduct that create a hostile workplace. Developed by legal and HR training experts, our course covers key federal laws. The course engages and confirms understanding of the material by using interactive features such as:

  • Video scenarios demonstrating harassing behavior
